RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM RS-2 (OLR) TO B-2
STEVE KRZMAN
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition from
Steve Krzman for his property located in the SW 114 of Section 32
addressed at W198 S10857 for rezoing from RS2-OLR to B-2 General
Business District, and
WHEREAS, The reason for this petition is to provide for
business type use along with additional living quarters that
would be permitted in conjuction with a business as conditional
grant, and
WHEREAS, This is located on a heavily traveled read and the
0 existing building is of sufficient size to encompass more use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, recommend to the Common Council approval of the
request to rezone the property located at W198 S10857 Racine
Avenue from RS-2 (OLR) to B-2.
