RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM A TO 1-2 FUTURE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT, INC. and
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17:8.16 SECTION 7 C
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition to
rezone the property located in the North 112 of the NE 114 and
the NE 114 of the NW 114 of Section 36, from A to 1-2 to permit a
solid waste disposal facility, and
WHEREAS, The petition also asks for a change in the
regulation which would permit this type of use as conditional
grant in the proposed 1-2 District, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission will be required to hold an
additional public hearing and set any conditions that may apply
to this type of use, and
a WHEREAS, This property was rezoned from 1-1 to A in November
of 1974.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego recommends to the Common Council that the
property located in the North 112 of the NE 114 and the NE 114 of
the NW 114 of Section 36 be rezoned from A back to Industrial
zoning, 1-2, and to amend text adding #4, Solid landfill use,
under Chapter 17:8.16 (7) C.
