C. 36-85 AMENDED I I 0 RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM A TO 1-2 FUTURE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., and TO AMEND CHAPTER 17:8.16 SECTION 7 C WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition to rezone the property located in the North 112 of the NE 114 and the NE 114 of the NW 114 of Section 36, from A to 1-2 to permit a solid waste disposal facility, and regulation which would permit this type of use as conditional WHEREAS, The petition also asks for a change in the grant in the proposed 1-2 District, and additional public hearing and set any conditions that may apply WHEREAS, The Plan Commission will be required to hold an to this type of use, and of 1974. City of Muskego recommends to the Common Council that the property located in the North 112 of the NE 114 and the NE 114 of the NW 114 of Section 36 be rezoned from A back to Industrial under Chapter 17:8.16 (7) C. zoning, 1-2, and to amend text adding #4, Solid landfill use, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the rezoning be conditional zoning based on the approval of the DNR after the feasibility aspects within 1 11.2 years after inactment of rezoning the report which includes approval of the need and environmental ordinance. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in the event these conditions are not met the property reverts back to its present zoning and the ordinance becomes null and void.
