RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF REZONING FROM A TO 1-2
FUTURE PARKLAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., and
TO AMEND CHAPTER 17:8.16 SECTION 7 C
WHEREAS, The Common Council has received a petition to
rezone the property located in the North 112 of the NE 114 and
the NE 114 of the NW 114 of Section 36, from A to 1-2 to permit a
solid waste disposal facility, and
regulation which would permit this type of use as conditional
WHEREAS, The petition also asks for a change in the
grant in the proposed 1-2 District, and
additional public hearing and set any conditions that may apply
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission will be required to hold an

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the rezoning be conditional

are not met the property reverts back to its present zoning and
