ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JULIUS WEITZER
WHEREAS, Julius Weitzer, W145 57676 Durham Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 15' x 18', and not more than
15' in height, unattached, second garage structure on his
property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego Architectural Control Board, does hereby approve
the request of Julius Weitzer for a 15' x 18', and not more than
15' in height, unattached, second garage structure at W145 S7676
Durham Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
