APPROVAL LEGAL LOT STATUS
FRANCIS C. TOWER
WHEREAS, A petition has been submitted by Francis C. Tower
for legal lot status for Block 2, Lot 11, l%d&&) Shore
Subdivision, and
&
WHEREAS, This lot is approximately 16,930 square feet,
having a width of 105 feet, and
WHEREAS, The RS-2 zoning requires 20,000 square feet for lot
size, and 110 feet average width, end
WHEREAS, This lot is conforming with other lots in the area,
and
WHEREAS, A sewer lateral has been installed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council,
approval of the request for legal lot status for Block 2, Lot 11,
Shore Subdivision.
