APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
BERNARD F. AND BETTY JEAN FREDRICK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by John F. Degen,
land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a one parcel
division of the Bernard F. and Betty Jean Fredrick property, in
the NE 114 of Section 18, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, This division has been approved by the Town of
Norway on March 18, 1985.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Bernard F. and Betty Jean Fredrick
property, in the NE 114 of Section 18, Town of Norway.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
receipt of the $75.00 submittal fee.
