APPROVAL OF SATELLITE DISH
RALPH HERDA
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Ralph Herda, to
construct a satellite dish at the property addressed at S94
W13724 Ryan Road, and
WHEREAS, The satellite dish will be 11' in height, and
WHEREAS, The satellite dish meets the offset and setback
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The satellite dish will be screened with a 5 foot
wire-weave fence.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego, does hereby approve the request to construct a
satellite dish on the property addressed at S94 W13724 Ryan Road.
