APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Gerald E. Casey,
Land Surveyor, dated March 15, 1985, has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the property located in the SW
1/4 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This division would meet the requirements in this
RS-2 district, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved by the Plan Commission on
March 5, 1985.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a one parcel division of the property located in the SW 1/4 of
Section 11 and recommends approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to a
$75.00 submittal fee, and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication, and
the approval of the City Engir,eer.
