RESOLUTION #P . C. 28-85
RECOMMENDING DISAPPROVAL OF REZONING
FROM RS-1 TO RS-3
ROBERT KLENZ REALTY
WHEREAS, A petition for zoning change was submitted by
Robert Klenz Realty to amend the districting map to rezone the
property known as 568 W16949 Martin Drive from RS-1 to RS-3 for
the purpose of a two parcel land division, and
WHEREAS, The necessary Public Hearing has been scheduled,
and
WHEREAS, A request for rezoning from RS-1 to RS-2 was denied
in Resolution I1P.C. 28-78, on March 7, 1978, and
WHEREAS, Planning Consultant Mangiamele reviewed the
original request for rezoning, and recommended denial because of
the existing duplex located on the property, which is non-con-
forming use, and
WHEREAS, The RS-3 zoning would create a higher density than
RS-2.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
dissapproval of the request for zoning change from RS-1 to RS-3
of the property known as S68 W16949 Martin Drive.
