DISAPPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved an 18 Sq. foot
temporary sign on September 18, 1984, and
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for an extension of
time, and
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance, Section 6.09 (12) states this
sign is permissable for a limited period of time, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission granted a six month approval on
September 18, 1984, and
WHEREAS, This approval expires on March 18, 1985, and

WHEREAS, This sign is mounted on a trailer and located
beneath the permanent sign, and
WHEREAS, The permanent sign has the maximum square footage
for a sign permitted on a lot this size, and
WHEREAS, This sign is made up of changeable letters.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego deny approval for a temporary sign located at S80
W19060 Janesville Road.
