APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
BILL ZIEGE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 60' x 136' building
located in the NE 114 of Section 2 on Tess Corners Road,and
WHEREAS, This building will be used as a warehouse for
storing restaurant food, and
WEREAS, There is a 15' sewer utility easement, and
WHEREAS, This building meets the requirements of this 1-1
zoning, and
WHEREAS, This building will be of metal construction, and
WHEREAS, These plans do include landscaping, and
WHEREAS, There will be no outside storage unless properly
screened.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, and
operational plan for a building to be constructed for Bill Ziege
and to be located in the NE 114 of Section 2.
