APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
W. CHMIEL
WHEREAS, A sketch as been submitted for a one parcel
division of the W. Chmiel property in the SW 114 of Section 11,
and
WHEREAS, This division would meet the requirements in this
RS-2 district, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to be included with the Ladwig Drive
sewer project.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the sketch submitted by W. Chmiel for a
one parcel division of the property located in the SW 114 of
Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would be
receptive to receipt of a certified survey map to finalize this
division along with a $75.00 submittal fee and $200.00 fee in
lieu of park dedication.

APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN
LAKE MEADOWS
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved an 8 ' X 16' temporary
sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive and a 6' x 8' temporary
sign on Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive to introduce the Lake
Meadows Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The sign on Racine Avenue and Kelsey Drive has been
removed, and
WHEREAS, The sign on Kelsey Drive and Victoria Drive has
been moved to Kelsey Drive and Janis Drive, and
WHEREAS, The six month extension of time for the sign has
expired in March of 1985, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision has not reached 75% development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve a six month extension for the
6' x 8' temporary sign on Kelsey Drive and Janis Drive
advertising the Lake Meadows Subdivision.
