APPROVAL OF FREE STANDING SIGN
RICHARD LANGE
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted for a 12 sq. ft. free
standing sign to identify Lange's Market located on the property
of Richard Lange located just north of the Hwy. 36 right-of-way
and approximately 250' east of the Big Muskego - Wind Lake Canal,
and
WHEREAS, The sign will be 8' in height and have lettering on
both front and back, and will be black and yellow, and
WHEREAS, The sign meets the requirements for this
Agriculture District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve a 12 sq. ft. free standing sign
identifying Lange's Market located north of Hwy. 36 and
approximately 250' east of the Big Muskego - Wind Lake Canal.
