APPROVE/DISAPPROVE EXPANSION ROAD LAYOUT FOR
PROPOSED ADDITION TO INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, It is proposed to expand the Municipal
Industrial/Business Park to the south, and
WHEREAS, A suggested road layout has been submitted with
access from the existing park and to Racine Avenue.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the proposed right-of-
approve/disapprove
way for the proposed road layout Alternate #2 and proposed
Industrial Park addition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Alternate 2 map include one
westerly boundry and show road dedication from the south.
