RESOLUTION #P.C. 19-85
RECOMMEND REZONING FOR PROPOSED ADDITION TO THE
INDUSTRIAL PARK AND THE DEBACK PROPERTY
WHEREAS, It is proposed to extend the Muskego
Business/Industrial Park in Sections 16 and 17, and
B2, and
WHEREAS, The properties to be rezoned are now zoned RS-2 and
in a TIF #7 distri'ct, and
WHEREAS, This addition would be adjacent to 1-1 zone and is
the City has agreed to rezone the property retained by DeBack to
WHEREAS, As a condition of purchase of the DeBack property,
the same 1-1 zoning as that property purchased by the City for
the expansion, and
the Park.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to provide for sewer and water to
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
property purchased for the extension of the Muskego
City of Muskego recommends to the Common Council that the
Business/Industrial Park in Sections 16, and 17 and the property
retained by DeBack be rezoned from RS-2 and B-2 to 1-1.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends to the Common Council that the rezoning be contingent on the
removal of the 2 112 acre lots from the certified survey map.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That these are the lands as owned by
Plan Commission
