APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
AUD-MAR ESTATES
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat dated February 15, 1985, has
been sumitted by Stanley J. Potrykus for a 13 lot subdivision
known as Aud-Mar Estates, and
WHEREAS, The Department of Development certifies this
preliminary plat as nonobjectionable, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots meet the requirement of RS-3
zoning, and
WHEREAS, The proposed lots are to be served by municipal
sewer, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of the
Aud-Mar Estates Subdivision, and recommends approval to the
Common Council, subject to receipt of favorable reports from all
approving and objecting agencies.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego approve the lot layout and design only.
