APPROVAL OF FREE STANDING SIGN
MARINE BANK
WHEREAS, A request has been received from the Marine Bank
for a 7'6" x 6'5" sign to replace the existing Independence Bank
sign located at S69 W15612 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign is approximately the same size as the
existing sign, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be constructed of aluminum with
Panaflex sign faces, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign meets the requirements for this
B-3 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of the Marine
Bank for a 7'6" x 6'5" sign located at S69 W15612 Janesville
Road.
