APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ADRIAN SCHMIDT
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Stanley J.
Potrykus, land surveyor, dated February 12, 1985, has been
submitted for a proposed division of four (4) parcels in the SW
1/4 of Section 5 shown as Parcels, A, B, C, and D, and
WHEREAS, This division meets the requirements for this RS-1
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map submitted for a
proposed four (4) parcel division of the Adrian Schmidt property
located in the SW 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this is subject to receipt of
$800.00 in lieu of park dedication.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
