DENIAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
GEMINI CORPORATION - Terry Buss
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of Block 2, Lot 7 in the NW 114 of Section 16, shown as
Parcels 1 and 2 on the sketch, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide off Parcel 2 from Parcel
1, and
WHEREAS, This lot has been previously divided by Resolution
#P.C.125-83, and
WHEREAS, The division was necessary to bring laterals out to
Gemini, and
WHEREAS, This is "L" shaped in order to acquire miminum
average square footage, and
WHEREAS, This area is needed for an existing building on the
lot tantamount to granting legal lot status to a then non-
conforming lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the sketch for a one parcel
division of the Gemini Corporation property, Block 2, Lot 7 in
the NW 1 /4 of Section 16.
