APPROVAL OF PROPOSED SKETCH FOR BAY POINT SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, A preliminary sketch of Bay Point Subdivision
located in the NW and SW 114 of Sections 15 for 13 sewered lots
has been submitted for review, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned RS-3 with an OLS overlay, and
WHEREAS, Lots 5 & 7 can be expanded to conforming lots, and
WHEREAS, Lots 1-4 will not have the required width, but have
more than the required square footage per lot, and the lots will
abut Kurtze Lane.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the sketch as submitted with the
exception of lots 5 & 8 which will be widened.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant a
variance of lots 1-4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego be receptive to a preliminary plat subject to
preliminary plat and park dedication fees, and the approval of
the City engineers, and all objecting agencies.
