APPROVAL OF SATELLITE DISH
DON OELKE
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Don Oelke,
addressed W188 S10811 Kelsey Drive, to erect a satellite dish,
and
WHEREAS, Plan Commission approval is necessary, and
WHEREAS, The satellite dish will be 14' in height, and
WHEREAS, The satelitte dish meets the offset and setback
regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Ash trees on the property are all approximately
0 20' in height.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the request to erect a satellite dish on
the property addressed W188 SI081 1 Kelsey Drive.
