WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a request by Sindic
Oldsmobile for permission to erect a 4' x 8' temporary sign at
the property addressed at S78 W18755 Janesville Road on September
4, 1984, and
WHEREAS, The 4 (four) month approval has expired on February
