RECOMMENDING APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL OF AMENDMENT
TO LAND DIVISION ORDINANCE
CHAPTER 18, SECTION 2.4 (2)
WHEREAS, Rules, Laws and Ordinance have determined that the
following be removed from Chapter 18, Section 2.4 (2) of the Land
Division Ordinance:
"parents, brothers and sisters, children, or the spouse of
any child", and
WHEREAS, The matter has been referred to the Plan Commission
for recommendation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval to amend Section 2.4 (2), (Chapter 18) of
approval/disapproval
the Land Division Ordinance as shown above
