PCR1985004WHEREAS, It is proposed to move approximately 100,000 cubic
yards of clay to complete the final cover of licensed portion of
the existing landfill operation , and
WHEREAS, It is to use scrapers, and dump trucks, and
WHEREAS, This area is adjacent to an existing landfill and
no roads would be involved, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to use dust control procedures as
needed, and
WHEREAS, This area is now heavily wooded and would be
replaced with 4" of topsoil and revegetated, mulched, and
fertilized.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the use of this area for the removal of
clay for a final cover on the existing landfill.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval be contingent on
the submittal of a bond in the amount of $25,000.00.
