APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
TEMPORARY SIGN
LARSEN BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved a 4’ x 5’ temporary
sign at the property having the tax key number 2198.985 in the NW
1 /4 and the SW 1/4 of Section 10 on October 2,1984, and
WHEREAS, Larsen Brothers have requested a five (5) month
extension of time, and
WHEREAS, This sign is constructed of heavy cardboard and is
supported by two posts secured in the ground, and,
WHEREAS, The sign is to be corrected to read F U N E R A L,
not F U E R A L, and
WHEREAS, This sign meets the requirements in this RS-2 OPD
district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the five (5) month extension of time for
a 4’ x 5‘ temporary sign in the NW 1/4 and the SW l/4 of Section
IO.
