APPROVAL FOR CHANGE OF CONDITIONAL USE

WHEREAS, It is proposed to remodel the existing gasoline
station for an additional use for video movie sales and rental
and also selling of limited grocery items at the northwest corner
of Janesville Road and Lions Park Drive, addressed W187 S7825
Lions Park Road, and
WHEREAS, This filling station is in a B-2 district and has
conditional use, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.03 (2) F & G permit an addition to
approved plans if it is in the opinion of the Plan Commission
such change would not constitge a substantial change requiring a
Public Hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the additional use along with remodeling
Of the building as per plans submitted on November 28, 1984.
