APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

ELIZABETH K. SOHNS
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by John F. Degen,
land surveyor, dated November 12, 1984 has been submitted to
finalize a one parcel division of the Elizabeth K. Sohns
property, in the N E 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, this property is located with the extra-
territorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a one
parcel division of the Elizabeth K. Sohns property, in the N E
1/4 of Section 5, Town of Norway.
