APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF TIME
MARLAN MEADOWS TEMPORARY SIGN
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved an 8' x 8' temporary
sign to introduce Marlan Meadows Subdivision on September 19,
1978, with subsequent extensions of time, and
WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance permits further extensions for
six month intervals with elan Commission approval until such time
as 7596 of development has occurred, and
WHEREAS, Marlan Meadows has not reached 7596 development, and
WHEREAS, The sign remains in satisfactory condition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve an extension of six months
for the 8' x 8' temporary sign to introduce the Marlan Meadows
Subdivision, which is located between Lots 1 and 2 on Martin
Drive.
