RECOMMENDING APPROVAL/DISAPPROVAL FOR THE TRANSFER OF CITY LOT
TO THE MUSKEG0 FIRE COMPANY
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has received a request from the
Muskego Volunteer Fire Company to obtain a deed to the lot
adjoing the fire house on Janesvill Road, and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has deferred this request
until the Plan Commission has reviewed their request, and
WHEREAS, The Wisconsin State Statue, 62.23 (5) states that
in matters referred to the Plan Commission, its consideration and
report are necessary before final action is taken, and
WHEREAS, This land abuts the fire department lot in the
west, and
WHEREAS, The land on the west and north of this lot is being
considered for purchase by the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City of Muskego a
