APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
TOWN OF NORWAY
LOIS E. ROED
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Claude C.
Johnson, Jr., land surveyor, dated November 21, 1984 has been
submitted to finalize a two parcel division of the Lois E. Roed
property in the NE 114 of Section 8, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the
extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize a two
parcel division of the Lois E. Roed property, in the NE 114 of
Section 8, Town of Norway.
