RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF EA-OD REZONING
WHEREAS, The City has received a petition to rezone land in
the NW 114 of Section 28 addressed at W185 S9550 Parker Road from
EA to EA with OD overlay to provide a change from single family
residence to a duplex, and
WHEREAS, The necessary Public Hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, It will have no adverse affect on the surrounding
properties, and the proposed use will not conflict with future
development of the area, and
WHEREAS, That the zoning is subject to the existing zoning
EA and that requirements be permitted in that district for
expanded use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego recommend to the Common Council to rezone land in
the NW 114 of Section 28 addressed at W185 59550 Parker Road from
EA to EA with OD overlay.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
the rezoning be conditioned upon approval of a report from the
Waukesha County Health Department regarding the on site sewerage
disposal system.
