PCR1984139RESOLUTION #P.C. 139-84 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE RICHARD KOPUT WHEREAS, Richard Koput, W179 S8246 Pioneer Drive, has requested permission to construct a 60' x 81', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this Lowland District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Richard Koput, for a 60' x el', unattached, second garage structure at W179 58246 Pioneer Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design & use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
