APPROVAL OF RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION
WHEREAS, It has been proposed to acquire 50' of road right
of way in the NE 114 of Section I5 to provide for sewer and
access to the Martin Ludwig land.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the acquisition of road right of way for
sewer service to the Martin Ludwig property.
