APPROVAL OF FLAT WALL SIGN
SOMAR ENTERPRISES
WHEREAS, It is proposed to c0nstruc.t a 2' x 8' flat wall
sign at W191 S7691 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, This property is listed as a conditional use, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.03 G states the Plan Commission may
approve a change or addition to an existing use and in their
opinion such change or addition would not constitute substantial
adverse effect on the surrounding properties.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the 2' x 8' flat wall sign for Somar
Enterprises addressed at W191 57691 Racine Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, This approval to also include change
of use from a grocery store to a police supply store.
