RESOLUTION #P.C. 133-84
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
WAYNE AND CHRYSA DELIKAT
WHEREAS, A certified survey map prepared by Gerald E. Casey,
land surveyor, has been submitted to finalize a two parcel
division of the Wayne and Chrysa Delikat property located in the
SE 1 /4 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The lot to be created has a sewer lateral and meet
the requirements for average width in this RS-2 District
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a two parcel division of the Wayne and Chrysa Delikat property in
the SE 1 /4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer, and subject to receipt of a $25.00
submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
