RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW PERMIT
PAYNE AND DOLAN PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
WHEREAS, It has been customary to renew an application for
an asphalt plant in a gravel pit as of December 1, and
WHEREAS, A fee of $100.00 is required to defray the cost Of
administration, and
WHEREAS, This fee is required when an application for a
permit to extract gravel is applied for, and
WHEREAS, State Sand & Gravel and Payne & Dolan operate this
gravel pit along with the asphalt plant, and
WHEREAS, The permit for the extractive operation and asphalt
plant should be applied for at the same time.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the permit for continued operation of the portable asphalt plant
on Crowbar Road be renewed for six months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the fee of the extractive
operation and asphalt plant to be renewed in June of 1985 , and
that the cost will be $200.00.
