RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW PERMIT FOR OPERATION OF
SANITARY LANDFILL
WASTE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has received a petition for a
permit to renew the operation of a sanitary landfill which
expires December 1, 1984, and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, Final Engineering Design and Feasibility Studies,
and a restoration plan have been submitted. -
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
approval of the renewal of permit for the operation of sanitary
landfill for Waste Management for the life of the site.
