ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHN BELLART
WHEREAS, John Bellart, S81 W12736 HiView Drive, has
requested permission to construct a 24' x 24', unattached, second
garage structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage muld have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of John Bellart for a 24' x &5 , unattached, second
garage structure at S81 W12736 HiView DRive.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
