BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
FRED RICHTER
WHEREAS, .Fred Ricther has submitted Building, Site and
Operational plans, prepared by Robert L. Horn, Architect, for a
six family multi-dwelling to be constructed on the corner of
College and Martin Drive, and
WHEREAS, These plans did include landscaping, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be sufficient enough parking, and WHEREAS, Dr. Joseph Mangiamele, City Planner, recommended
that the Plan Commission consider the rezoning of this site to
RSM in a letter dated April 12, 1984 ,and

brick veneer, brick sill and concret porch, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved rezoning on April 17,
WHEREAS, The plan for a sign will be submitted at a later
WHEREAS, The building front will be aluminum sided with
WHEREAS, These plans meet the setback and offset regulations.
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building site and
operational plans for a six family multi-dwelling to be
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
