APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
DAVID LUDWIG
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a one parcel
division of the David Ludwig property in the NW 114 of Section
15, and
WHEREAS, That the Plan Commission has determined because of
the elevation that this is not in the lowland but in RS-3 zoning,
and
WHEREAS, This lot is approximately 33,000 sq. ft., and
WHEREAS, this lot meets the requirements of this RS-3
District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch for a one parcel
division of the David Ludwig property in the NW 1/4 of Section
15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego would be receptive to the receipt of a Certified
Survey Map to finalize this division along with a $25.00
submittal fee and $200.00 in lieu of park dedication.
