APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
TOWN OF NORWAY
THEODORE PACKARD
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map has been submitted by
Theodore Packard in the Town of Norway, prepared by Randolph L.
Rafalski, land surveyor, in the N.E. 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This is a redivision of lot 3 - Knudtsens
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It has always been divided by the road, and
WHEREAS, It must have Plan Commission Extra-territorial Plat
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize the
redivision of the Theodore Packard property in the N.E. 1/4 of
Section 17, Town of Norway.
