PCR1984125ARCHITECTURP RESOLUTION ~IP. c. 1 25-84 iL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE DOUGLAS RICK WHEREAS, Douglas Rick, W145 S9587 Groveway Lane, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 40', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS, It will be used for storage of his car, snowblower, and lammower, and WHEREAS, The location meets the zoning requirements in the A-OLS District, and WHEREAS, It does not appear that such garage wuld have a substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this A-OLS District, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Douglas Rick for a 24' x 40' , unattached, second garage structure at W145 S9587 Groveway Lane. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the architectural design and use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
