RECOMMEND APPROVAL TO COMMON COUNCIL FOR EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
THOMAS LANDFILL
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS, Mary Thomas has submitted an application to extract
WHEREAS, the gravel operation has ceased for 12 months and
WHEREAS, this permit is for a limited amount of mining, and
WHEREAS, the previous pit has been restored, and
WHEREAS, the surrounding area is developed with residential
WHEREAS, there are more than 30 homes within a one-half mile
WHEREAS, any damage to the roads muld be the responsibility
gravel in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, and
is to be treated as a new application, and

of Thomas Landfill and a bond is to be posted with the Building
Inspector's office in the amount of $25,000.00, and
operation to be completed in 45 calender days, and
completely restored, is limited to three (3) years ending
December 31 , 1987.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego recommend approval for a permit as conditioned
above, to Mary Thomas to the Common Council.
WHEREAS, this permit is conditioned upon a crushing
