APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
GLYNN CLAN
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Gerald E. Casey,
land surveyor, dated September 18, 1984, has been submitted to
finalize the tm parcel division of the Glynn Clan property
located in the NE 1/4 of Section 15.
WHEREAS, these lots conform to the RS3-OED zone.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a tm parcel division of the Glynn Clan property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer, and subject to the receipt of a
$200.00 fee in lieu of park dedication.
