BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
AMERICA'S CUTTING TOOL Ray Derringer
WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a 70' x 65' addition at
W188 S8232 Mercury Drive, and
WHEREAS, the addition meets the offset and setback
regulations in the 1-1 District, and
WHEREAS, the site was previously landscaped, and
WHEREAS, additional parking requirements are complied with,
and
WHEREAS, the building will be constructed with field block
and best stone block as decorative masonary along the front.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approve the Building Site and Operation Plan for
the 70' x 65' addition for America's Cutting Tool addressed at
W188 S8232 Mercury Drive.
