APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
JOSEPH SURNIAK
WHEREAS, a certified survey map to finalize the division of
the parcel indicated as Lots 6, 7, 8, h 9, Block 5, in the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park was approved by the Plan
Commission on March 7, 1978, and
WHEREAS, a certified survey map prepared by Ruekert h
Mielke, Inc. has been submitted to finalize the two parcel
redivision of the Surniak Development property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 17, and
WHEREAS, lot 1 is 1.96 acres and lot 2 is 2.32 acres, and
both lots meet the requirements of the 1-1 zone.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map for
a two parcel redivision of the Surniak Development property in
the NW 1/4 of Section 17 and recommends approval to the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the City Engineer and receipt of $25.00 submittal
fee.
