PCR1984118c 0 0 RESOLUTION i1P.C. 118-84 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE LES PROEBER WHEREAS, Les Proeber, W146 S9505 Groveway Lane, has requested permission to construct a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a substantial adverse affect on the property value OK reasonable enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Les Proeber for a 24' x 24', unattached, second garage structure at W146 S9505 Groveway Lane. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the architectural design and use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
