APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map has been submitted by George
Delikat in the Town of Norway, prepared by John F. Degen, land
surveyor, in the NE 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, it must have Plan Commission Extra-territorial Plat
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve, and recommends approval to
the Common Council, the certified survey map to finalize the two
parcel division of the George Delikat property in the NE 1/4 of
Section 8, Tom of Norway.
