AMENDED
ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
JOHN BARR
WHEREAS, John Barr, S81 W13100 HiView Drive, has requested
permission to construct a 24' x 26', unattached, second garage
structure on his property, and
WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Cornmission of the
City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve
the request of John Barr for a 24' x 26' unattached, second
garage structure at S81 W13100 HiView Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the architectural design and
use of this second garage shall be compatible with this
residential neighborhood.
