PCR1984115RESOLUTION #P.C. 11 5-84 ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE LARRY ACKMANN WHEREAS, Larry Aclanann, W193 S6852 Hillendale Drive, has requested permission to construct a 36' x 38' second garage structure on his property, and WHEREAS, it does not appear that such garage muld have substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonab a le enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this R-2 District. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego (Architectural Control Board) does hereby approve the request of Larry Aclanann for a 36' x 38' unattached, second garage structure at W193 S6852 Hillendale Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the architectural design and use of this second garage shall be compatible with this residential neighborhood.
